I've been an ardent yogi for 20 years and my practice has enriched my life in so many ways.

Janine teaches a range of Iyengar yoga classes at Riverina Yoga Studio in Griffith.
The studio is located at 49a Kooyoo Street. You can find directions here.
She is also available for private sessions by request and runs workshops throughout the year.
Janine has taught in a rural location for over 10 years and understands the issues that rural teachers face. One of these is the feeling of isolation and lack of camaraderie that teachers can come up against.
Janine offers mentoring services to help overcome this by building a network of support and she is available to teach workshops. A workshop with a visiting teacher helps to boost enthusiasm and give new life to old practices. Get in touch to connect with Janine.
IYENGAR YOGA LEVEL 2
Monday 6.00 pm
Suitable for students who have had at least 2 years of experience in class. These classes regularly include inversions and more challenging poses and breath work. A home practice at this level is highly encouraged to develop individual understanding and depth of practice.
IYENGAR YOGA LEVEL 1
Tuesday 6.00 pm
Suitable for students who have completed at least one beginners course in Iyengar Yoga. These classes introduce more precise instruction intended to deepen the felt understanding of the poses and breath work. These classes develop on from the work of the beginners course.
IYENGAR YOGA BEGINNERS COURSE
Tuesday 7.30 pm
This popular course is a great introduction to yoga. You'll learn the basics in a safe and fun way. You will also learn how to modify the practice if you have physical and emotional challenges.
IYENGAR YOGA GENERAL
Wednesday 9.15 am
Saturday 9.00 am
All welcome at this class! A general class that will be tailored to the students in the room. This is a great class for those who want to add in another practice session.
